5)Spend your morning 15 to 30 minute to prep your healthy food as a cup salad, super shake, homemade omelette egg and a lot way to prep
6) Choose probably ingredient at your grocery list or our meal plate, 3 big macronutrients food as Carbohydrates, Protein and Fat.
Choose more natural flash food without any process.
7) Look food label before you bought the food, overview the food total calories, sugar, fat and other hidden ingredient .

8)Drink Green Tea, these antioxidants can help your body fight free radicals molecules that have been shown to increase disease risk and speed aging.
9) Take less sugar or cream add in any drink, cause will increase unnecessary calories.
